Phase 3

Vision only works if it is purposefully incorporated into the parish family life and ecclesial culture. The Culture phase will enable the FLT and other leaders to align their strategies and activities with the vision of a vital and missionary Family of Parishes.

Content will include:
  • Educate on Ecclesial Culture
  • Assess Ecclesial Culture
  • Create Ecclesial Culture Impact Plan
  • Execute on prioritized Ecclesial Culture Impacts
  • Eucharist: Continue to purposefully form Liturgical Culture
  • Church: Family Culture w Heritage at Family and AOC level
  • Leadership: Align with Family vision
  • Stewardship: Align with Stewardship vision, especially related to welcome, hospitality, engagement, formation, annual renewal, Family reporting and gratitude
  • Evangelization: Missionary Discipleship Formation
  • Love In Action: Ministry locations, celebrate diverse backgrounds
