Vision only works if it is purposefully incorporated into parish life and ecclesial culture. The
Culture phase will enable the FLT and other leaders to align their strategies and activities with the vision
of a vital and missionary Family of Parishes.
Content will include:
Education and formation on Ecclesial Culture
An assessment tool to help evaluate your Ecclesial Culture
Tools and methods to purposefully manage the Ecclesial Culture of your Family of Parishes staff and leadership
Discipleship formation for parish staff and lay leadership.
