Now that a vision and ecclesial culture are defined, Family leaders collaborate on a strategic plan that
identifies the strategies, work steps, resources, and timelines necessary to achieve that vision and
continue to foster the ecclesial culture defined by the vision.
Content will include:
Conduct Strategic Plan
Gap Assessment and Alternative Workplans
Prioritize Workplans
Eucharist: Plan resources needed for Eucharistic centered Family
Church: Include Parishioners in planning
Leadership: Plan for Canonical unity (if not already in process)
Stewardship: Annual stewardship renewal process
Evangelization: Family of Parishes Pathway Education and Development
