Now that your Family Leadership Team is coming together, your Family of Parishes needs a Vision to inspire your Family of Parishes to form a vital community, bringing others into discipleship.  Now that our Fall 2023 Visio Days are complete, please contact the Center for Parish Vitality to schedule your Visio Day where you can reflect upon the importance of creating Vision and learn how to best communicate and enact that Vision within your Family.

How do I know if my Family Leadership Team is ready for Visio Day?

  • Your Family Leadership Team is taking shape: most positions are identified and filled; you can identify the 5-8 people who will attend (and they’ll all fit at ONE table!)
  • You’re well on your way to completing the Milestones of Phase 1 and have completed the parish inventories and Vision Assessment Tool.
  • You are not working with Catholic Leadership Institute’s (CLI) Next Generation Parish process which includes a different visioning process. 
  • Your pastor is available to participate in the day (the pastor is REQUIRED to attend, and we hope ALL members of the FLT can too!)
