An opportunity for the Families of Parishes in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati
The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) is a tool provided by Catholic Leadership Institute that provides a rich assessment on where parishioners are in their faith lives and their experience of parish life, all to help parish leaders in the planning process. It has been taken by over 500,000 Catholics throughout the U.S., from over 2,000 parishes, and is available in over 20 languages.
This data will provide parish leaders with key insights as they create and implement plans for growth, so that the Family of Parishes becomes a beacon of light.
This 75-question digital survey tool is completed by parishioners and the summary data is made available to parish and diocesan leaders. Support is offered by Catholic Leadership Institute to parish leaders in communicating before sharing the survey as well as understanding survey results upon completion.
The DMI can also serve as baseline data for a longitudinal study for the parish family and the archdiocese over the next 5-10 years to measure success as Beacons of Light progresses.

Contact the Catholic Leadership Institute with any questions you have about the DMI or to participate in this process for your Family. Contact the Center for Parish Vitality with questions about how DMI will support Beacons of Light.
I am convinced that Beacons of Light, born of great hope, will enable us to form stronger parishes, centered on the Eucharist, that radiate the love of Christ and joy of the Gospel… God has abundantly blessed our first two centuries and will certainly bless the next.
