Your Family Leadership Team (FLT) and Family Pastoral Council (FPC) need to be complete before you can move to Phase 2. This will also meet Parameter 13:

“Competent and qualified staff is necessary to serve the Family of Parishes, especially in the areas of worship, Evangelization (including Love in Action) and administration. As is possible, staff is unified to serve the entire Family.”

The importance of a strong vision for your Family of Parishes can not be overstated. Creating this vision relies on broad input experienced in parish life, as well as a strong understanding of what it means to create a parish of missionary disciples. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you select your FLT and FPC and that they participate in the Family Visioning Process.
